Altia has been selected for encouraging and supporting young people kicking off their careers

We have been included in the Ranking of Companies Committed to Youth for the second year in a row. This award from the International Ibero-American Youth Organisation (OIJ) and the International Organisation of Human Capital Managers (DCH) highlights our efforts to train and nurture young talent through our AltiaDigitalHub programme.

Aimed at recent graduates or students, AltiaDigitalHub aims to empower talent and change the way we understand technology. Developed by Altia, this programme shows our commitment to people through training and nurturing talent. In 2023, 140 people participated in our internship programme, 71% of whom joined the workforce afterwards.

The Ranking of Companies Committed to Youth features 50 companies and private-sector entities that consider intergenerational objectives and propose solutions to support young people in their transition to working life, as well as their personal and professional development within the organisation.

At Altia, we have a firm commitment to training and development, having delivered over 122,900 hours of training in 2023. We provide our team with continuous training in technical skills, as well as leadership and management. Our purpose is always the same: growing by boosting growth.
