The Group is being joined by Wairbut, a company based in Madrid and founded in 2001. This project adds relevant public sector experience in areas such as defence, interior and health, and brings with it interesting synergies to drive the digitalization of our clients.
This new member of the group means we are now a company of more than 2,700 professionals. It provides us with a capable and strengthened team that reinforces us and opens up new pathways for growth. Without doubt, the acquisition of Wairbut is a giant step in our inorganic growth strategy.
